I had a great experience with Plus One! They recently replaced my toilet, and the whole process was smooth from start to finish. The plumber arrived on time, was professional and courteous, and took the time to explain everything clearly. The installation was done quickly, and they left the area clean and tidy afterward. The new toilet works perfectly, and the pricing was fair with no surprises. It’s hard to find reliable service these days, but this team truly delivered. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing plumbing work!

Called Plus One to talk about a tankless water heater. We wanted hot water even without electricity. The techs educated us and gave us a couple of options. We went with an Essency 120-gallon heater. Though a tank, they installed it in an encapsulated crawl space vs. the garage. The unit has a lithium battery that can heat 120 gallons approximately 10 times, so we have hot water when the lights go out. Nick and Chad were great. Install done in 3 hours and done right. Call these guys.

I have used Plus One HVAC service several times, all pleasant experiences. Recently had a few plumbing issues and decided to give the plumbing division a go. Chad arrived on time, was polite, and treated our home with care. He repaired two leaking toilets and three clogged sinks quickly, in one trip! All fixtures are now functioning like new. Chad is very knowledgeable and efficient, handling each plumbing issue like a true professional. Best of all, workspaces were left cleaner than when he arrived! We personally will not use anyone else! One source literally does it all: heating/cooling, plumbing and electrical! It’s like a one-stop shop for just about any fix you could think of. It is literally 35 degrees, and my furnace was out of commission. I called Plus One Heating and Air (on a Sunday), spoke with the nicest gentleman (I wish I would’ve gotten his name), and he scheduled Devin to be at my house within the hour. Devin got here around 4 and had diagnosed and completed the job by 4:30. He was so kind and knowledgeable; I am so happy that he was my technician! They now have a loyal customer.

He was friendly, level-headed, and straightforward, and his communication was flawless throughout—clear expectations, quick updates, and no surprises. I could not say enough about how great these guys are. Every person at Plus One I interacted with is just so nice and easy to talk to. My HVAC technician Mark was in all aspects of his visits highly professional, knowledgeable, and dedicated to excellence. On top of this, he was generous enough to let me in on the process and help me understand everything he was doing. Mark and the rest of the people from Plus One I met are such cool and caring people that I really just enjoyed hanging around while they worked. I think the best description of Plus One is: it’s like having some friends from years back that you found out know HVAC really, really well that make time to stop by and fix your HVAC equipment while you get to hang out and catch up. This company is the easiest recommendation ever to make for anyone that needs inspection or repair work. These guys are truly one of a kind.
