I had a great experience with Plus One! They recently replaced my toilet, and the whole process was smooth from start to finish. The plumber arrived on time, was professional and courteous, and took the time to explain everything clearly. The installation was done quickly, and they left the area clean and tidy afterward. The new toilet works perfectly, and the pricing was fair with no surprises. It’s hard to find reliable service these days, but this team truly delivered. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing plumbing work!

Install Done in 3 Hours and Done Right
Called Plus One to talk about a tankless water heater. We wanted hot water even without electricity. The techs educated us and gave us a couple of options. We went with an Essency 120-gallon heater. Though a tank, they installed it in an encapsulated crawl space vs. the garage. The unit has a lithium battery that can heat 120 gallons approximately 10 times, so we have hot water when the lights go out. Nick and Chad were great. Install done in 3 hours and done right. Call these guys.

The project manager, Justin Rester, was knowledgeable and ensured I understood everything I needed to. Although they weren't the lowest prices I wanted to use this company because of him. I was able to price match!!
Kevin Jasso and his crew performed a wonderful and quiet install. I was still able to focus on working while they installed the mini split in the same room. They ensured everything worked before leaving and were willing to answer any questions.
They have followed up with me a couple of times since install in order to ensure everything was working properly and that I was happy with the new mini split.
They also did a wonderful job cleaning my big systems vents and air ducts.
It was a great experience using a locally owned company rather than the big guys.
