The other morning 7/5 I noticed the temp in my house was 74 as it was set to 68. Doing the normal checks of air filter replacements and washing down the coils in the outside unit, recycling the thermostat did not help. We reached out to Plus One and they were able to come that day to get us fixed up and cooled back down. Steve was our HVAC tech and he was very kind and knowledgeable and knew the issue within 20 minutes. The capacitor went out and he replaced it.
