Highly Recommend Plus One for HVAC
The other morning 7/5 I noticed the temp in my house was 74 as it was set to 68. Doing the normal checks of air filter replacements and washing down the coils in the outside unit, recycling the thermostat did not help. We reached out to Plus One and they were able to come that day to get us fixed up and cooled back down. Steve was our HVAC tech and he was very kind and knowledgeable and knew the issue within 20 minutes. The capacitor went out and he replaced it. Very happy and impressed with Plus One! Mark came out for our regularly scheduled AC maintenance and discovered a gas leak from our furnace that could have led to something very scary if not caught. He quickly turned off the gas to prevent any issues. While Mark wasn’t about to fix the problem at that time, Plus One scheduled for Daniel to come out and assess. Daniel was able to fix the gas leak without having to replace the current parts or having to replace our current system. Both Mark and Daniel were great to work with and very knowledgeable! Thank you, Plus One, for catching and fixing this gas leak and keeping my family safe! We are beyond grateful! Highly recommend!

Quick fix on a hot day
I called Plus One early Monday morning after our central air stopped cooling Sunday morning. By 9:00 a.m., their tech, Mark, arrived, diagnosed the problem in 20 minutes, and gave me an estimate for repair. I okayed that and Mark got the unit cooling again in 30 minutes. The repair cost was very reasonable and we were very happy with the quick fix on a day that turned out to be hot and humid.
