Called Plus One to talk about a tankless water heater. We wanted hot water even without electricity. The techs educated us and gave us a couple of options. We went with an Essency 120-gallon heater. Though a tank, they installed it in an encapsulated crawl space vs. the garage. The unit has a lithium battery that can heat 120 gallons approximately 10 times, so we have hot water when the lights go out. Nick and Chad were great. Install done in 3 hours and done right.
