I used these guys when they were known as “Temperature Pro” and their service is still unparalleled. Daniel specifically has always gone above and beyond no matter what. I called him tonight 7/29/2025 around 8 o’clock and told him the AC was struggling to keep up. Since it’s the hottest day of the year it didn’t seem to be that big of a deal since the unit was still running and not frozen or making any strange noises. We ended up agreeing on me cleaning out the condensation pump since it was completely clogged and then giving it a few days. Unknown to me, in the process of cleaning the pump, I popped the fuse to the safety switch. After fiddling with it for about 45 minutes I called him back around 9:30 and he walked me through locating the correct fuse and replacing it. Can’t say I know of another company that would take a call on their personal cell at 9 o’clock at night and help me get my air conditioner back up and running essentially free of charge. This is just one of about 5 similar calls I’ve had with them over the last 3 years after they replaced all our duct work. They answer the call every time and if we can’t resolve over the phone, they have someone out very quickly. Even had a call on Christmas Eve one night where their guy was here nearly 5 hours cleaning up the wiring mess of the last company I tried to use! These guys are the real deal. Best in the business. Cannot recommend them enough.

Quick fix on a hot day Apr 29, 2025

I called Plus One early Monday morning after our central air stopped cooling Sunday morning. By 9:00 a.m., their tech, Mark, arrived, diagnosed the problem in 20 minutes, and gave me an estimate for repair. I okayed that and Mark got the unit cooling again in 30 minutes. The repair cost was very reasonable and we were very happy with the quick fix on a day that turned out to be hot and humid.

Called Plus One to talk about a tankless water heater. We wanted hot water even without electricity. The techs educated us and gave us a couple of options. We went with an Essency 120-gallon heater. Though a tank, they installed it in an encapsulated crawl space vs. the garage. The unit has a lithium battery that can heat 120 gallons approximately 10 times, so we have hot water when the lights go out. Nick and Chad were great. Install done in 3 hours and done right. Call these guys.

It is literally 35 degrees, and my furnace was out of commission.
